Our company is looking for a Admin Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with department managers and staffs on Admin related issues;
  • Handle Requests and queries appropriately;
  • Perform general and administrative duties.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bacherlor’s/College Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture;
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills, including verbal and written communication, presentation, facilitation and negotiation skills;
  • With experience in Project Management;
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, preferrably with experience in Office Management / Administration;
  • With minimum 5 years solid experience in administrative and secretarial functions in retail growth industry environment;
  • Highly computer literate;
  • Must possess strong analytical skills and can-do attitude;
  • Competent in managing administrative challenges;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Management or equivalent;
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens;
  • Ability to fulfill corporate mission;
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply;
  • Strong interpersonal skill, positive attitude, self-motivated & aggressive;
  • A graduate of Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent;
