Building and Grounds Officer Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Building and Grounds Officer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Researching new products, for the purpose of recommending purchases, and maintaining a wide range of services;
- Providing quotations for outsourced maintenance (3 sources) or new job;
- Performing other related tasks as they arise and as delegated by the Management;
- Ensuring a proper schedule for preventive maintenance (ACs, lifts, pumps, swimming pool filters, etc.);
- Setting up and maintaining a maintenance request procedure;
- Establishing a plan for preventive maintenance to avoid problems and defects in equipment.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent;
- Maintenance technician is a plus;
- Maintenance of equipment and tools (preventive maintenance is a plus);
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the field;
- English and Arabic language.
