Our company is looking for a Account Manager / Broker Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop business with the assigned accounts;
  • Perform analysis to determine opportunities in the market;
  • Monitor contracts implementation from contract performance, customer payment terms, to delivery terms;
  • Train business development team regarding different phases of the sales cycle and meeting projects goals;
  • Assess the profitability of existing products and service offerings;
  • Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships;
  • Improve existing business by increasing profitability and customer satisfaction;
  • Manage business deals from negotiation to close;
  • Track and report progress with implementation of strategic plan, customer budgets, and ongoing forecasts;
  • Create strategic development plans, including active sales pipeline and implementation, to build new profitable business.

Requirements:

  • Delivery and deadline focused with excellent management skills and attention to detail; ability to coordinate and multitask;
  • Relevant business degree, ideally Business Sciences / B.Com / Marketing Diploma;
  • Calm and effective approach to all obstacles and scenarios;
  • Affinity insurance distribution strategies (advantageous);
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English;

  • Marketing, preparation of power point presentations and proposals;
  • Ability to adapt and understand new ways of working;

  • Marketing of financial products in the group funeral market of parlours and / or funeral administrators;
