Responsibilities:
- This role requires someone mature and experienced in this industry (10 years plus);
- The successful candidate will need to be self-determined and disciplined and have excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Someone who is persistent and comes from a hard-core hunter background would be the best fit.
Requirements:
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- High school diploma; BSc/Ba is a plus;
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone;
- Persistent and results-oriented;
- Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role;
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints;
- Proficiency in English;
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
