Our company is looking for a Internal sales to join our team.


  • Attend to queries and / or complaints from customers timeously and courteously;
  • Arranging shipment of goods and the logistic liaison with Freight Companies;
  • Handle telephonic enquiries from customers a professional manner and ensure orders are processed timeously;
  • Liaise with dispatch regarding delivery of orders;
  • Daily ordering of goods and products and helping external sales staff with quotes and orders;
  • Communicate with customers and suppliers on the delivery of goods and services;
  • Responsible for processing and managing sales orders;
  • Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs;
  • Ad hoc tasks: to assist team on ad hoc tasks as requested;
  • Sales operations: ensure Standard Operating Procedures and Policies are implemented in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Undertake administrative requests as directed by the Management Team;
  • Develop and maintain the customer database;
  • Generate and develop sales leads and contact potential clients to build business relationships;
  • Brand ambassador: become the face of Lalamove when engaging local partners to promote our services and values;
  • Participate in hotel promotional activities.


  • Must have your own reliable transport;
  • Knowledge and experience with SYSPRO would be advantagous;
  • Able to work without constant supervision and initiative to work ahead and / or take on work where and when needed;
  • Drivers license and own vehicle essential;
  • Min. 2 years’ experience in a similar role;
  • Pleasant mannerism and etiquette (in person, telephonically and with customers);
  • Experience working on Sage will be advantageous;
  • Good organisational and administration skills;
  • At least 2 – 3 years working experience in a sales coordination and facilitation role;
  • Matric;
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills;
  • Excellent grooming standards;
  • Confident telephone manner;
  • Excellent Communication and Organisational Skills;
  • High level of IT skills.
