Responsibilities:
- Convert new relationships into repeat business;
- You will develop and lead both short and long term strategies;
- Negotiate with the clients and prospective clients as per price guidelines given, looking to maximize profits;
- Plan & execute approaches & pitches to clients;
- Proven success in your sales ability and demonstrable full knowledge of the sales process;
- Master and understand market trends and seasonality in the market;
- Ability to prospect effectively in order to secure appointments with qualified leads;
- Handle & overcome client objections;
- Comfortable with presenting to clients;
- Manage pipeline to ensure conversion rate is applied and revenue generated to reach targets;
- Be able to execute negotiations through prospecting, cold calling, quantifying and closing deals;
- Meet and exceed targets set in terms of contributing and generating revenue for the department;
- Implement new clients successfully, adhering to SOP, SLA, KPI and RFQ requirements;
- Achieve the targets and KPI, with view to grow the business in line with the companies Vision and plan;
- Acquire new business, in line with budget requirements, by successful prospecting, and effective negotiating skills.

- Experience minimum of 2-5 years in Courier Domestic, International – Africa / International;

- Own transport – reliable and trustworthy Must be “NEW BUSINESS” – Hunting /Cold calling/specialist/ ability to work under pressure,
