Job Overview

We’re looking for an Operations & Logistics Manager to help strengthen and scale our operations across logistics, fulfillment, vendor management, reporting, and process improvement. This role will start with ownership of key day-to-day operational responsibilities, especially in downstream logistics and fulfillment, while working closely with the CEO to gradually assume broader logistics responsibilities, including freight booking and import/export coordination. This is a high-impact role with real growth potential for someone who wants to advance into broader operations leadership at ettitude.

What You’ll Do

Oversee and optimize downstream logistics across all channels, including shipping, receiving, storage, fulfillment, and returns.
Manage day-to-day coordination with 3PLs, warehouses, shipping providers, and return partners.
Support and gradually take ownership of broader logistics responsibilities, including freight booking, shipment planning, and import/export coordination.
Manage contracts and monitor performance of key operational partners, including warehouses, shipping solutions, return solutions, and systems vendors.
Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports to improve visibility, accountability, and performance.
Partner closely with Finance, Marketing, Product, and Wholesale teams to ensure smooth operational execution across the business.
Identify opportunities to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and support ettitude’s sustainability goals through smarter operations and better systems.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, fulfillment, or related functions, ideally within eCommerce or consumer goods.
Strong experience working with 3PLs, warehouses, shipping providers, or other logistics partners.
Exposure to freight booking, import/export coordination, and international logistics is strongly preferred.
Strong analytical skills and experience building or managing reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with remote and cross-functional teams.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve quickly.
Open to learning and using AI tools to improve productivity, reporting, workflows, and problem-solving.
Experience with Shopify Plus, Amazon Seller Central, or similar e-commerce and operation systems.
Experience working with US-based companies or global teams.

Becoming a trusted owner of day-to-day operations who solves problems proactively and drives continuous improvement.
Beginning to take over broader logistics responsibilities from the CEO, including freight booking and import/export coordination.
Earning the trust of the leadership team as a reliable, solutions-oriented operator.
