Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Creative, or related field
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with attention to detail
Proficient in video production and editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
Solid understanding of SEO, social media algorithms, and digital marketing principles
Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Independent, proactive, and highly organised
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
