A local established group of companies with diversified interests in property investment and development has an immediate vacancy for FACILITY EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Department Head / Facility Manager, you will help to provide facility management services to a shopping mall, an office building and a few residential properties under the Group.
Assist in supervision of soft FM services that are outsourced such as cleaning, servicing of air con ducts, waste management, pest control, etc.
Provide first line technical support to tenants and make simple/minor repairs in plumbing, water leakages, lighting, etc.
Resolve technical issues such as fitting in/out, tenants' requests, etc.
Ensure tenants' plans and designs meet landlord's and government regulatory requirements
Liaise and supervise contractors and ensure rectifications are carried out according to work orders
Conduct inspections of the shopping mall and office building and ensure the facilities are properly maintained
Ensure that the air con, elevators and escalators are functioning and defects are rectified promptly
Monitor the performance of contract cleaners, security personnel, pest control technicians, etc
Any other projects/duties as assigned by Department Head / Facility Manager from time to time.

Requirements

Diploma in building/facility management/engineering
At least 3-5 years of similar experience in managing soft FM services and outsourced vendors
Reliable and organised and a good team player
Proficiency in IT skills with good MS office knowledge
Good interpersonal skills and communications
