Production, Planning & Scheduling (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)

1) Job Responsibilities

1.1 Ensuring that all production order planning, scheduling are resolved in manner that meets or exceed the customers expectations.

1.2 Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.

1.3 Plan effectively to ensure minimum change-over in production and minimum material waste due to over-planning.

1.4 Work closely with Marketing, Purchasing, Production and Packing team to work out the best production planning.

1.5 Monitor adequate inventories of materials to meet order requirement.

1.6 Follow up daily production versus plan to avoid any discrepancies and to avoid delay of shipments due to quality issue.

1.7 Ensure that the planning of the Quality Management System is carried out to meet the requirements of ISO 9001 , ISO 13485 and the Quality Objectives.

2. Job Specification
2.1 Diploma and above field of studies ; Statistic, Mathematics, Planning, Management or equivalent qualification.

2.2 At least 2 years related experience in equivalent field is required.

2.3 Understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and GMP regulations and quality standards/ specifications.

2.4 Good in Leadership skills, planning, communication and writing skills.
