To handle daily accounting functions - data entry for accounts receivable & partial general ledger, filing, maintain and updating of accounts records.
Perform month-end closing within the stipulated deadline.
Prepare cash/credit invoices, receipts, and statement of accounts.
Responsible for all aspects of cost accounting work including costing report.
Responsible for monthly inventory physical count, prepare stock count variance analysis and monthly closing stock report.
Responsible for budgeting and forecasting activities.
Update monthly creditors aging report.
Maintain fixed asset register, lease liabilities schedule and computation of depreciation.
Ensure all accounting records and documents are properly filed, labeled, and kept for future reference.
Liaise with internal and external auditors on all the relevant matters.
Perform any ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities which the superior may assign from time to time.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least LCCI, Professional Degree in Finance/ Accountancy.
Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft applications.
Meticulous, responsible, good initiative, and a team player.
Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Good command of spoken and written Mandarin is required.
