What You'll Be Doing

Supervising day-to-day site operations and managing site workers and subcontractors.
Ensuring all works are carried out according to project timeline and specifications.
Resolving on-site issues and handling site emergencies efficiently.
Conducting site inspections with consultants, main contractors, and subcons.
Ensuring strict compliance with quality standards and site safety regulations.
Maintaining daily site records, progress reports, and documentation.
Preparing site measurements and assisting with progress claims and material requisitions.
Attending toolbox meetings, coordination briefings, and liaising with stakeholders for smooth site execution.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of experience in site supervision — HVAC, M&E, or fire-rated ducting preferred.
Diploma/Certificate in Construction, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
SSS or SHO certification is required for site compliance.
Good understanding of site operations, construction drawings, and technical documents.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites.
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering quality work.
