Drive the strategic direction of the factory, aligning operational objectives with company goals to achieve sustainable growth.
Oversee all aspects of daily operations, from production planning to resource allocation, to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement, leading initiatives to streamline processes, reduce waste, and enhance operational performance.
Maintain stringent quality standards throughout the production process, implementing rigorous quality control measures to uphold product integrity.
Collaborate closely with supply chain partners to optimize inventory management, minimize lead times, and enhance overall supply chain resilience.
Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities, to drive collaboration and mutual success.
Manage operational budgets effectively, monitoring expenses and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
Perform other duties assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements:

A proactive mindset with the ability to envision and execute long-term strategic plans that drive business growth and sustainability.
Candidate with experience in manufacturing/production operations, and knowledge of mineral processing or plastic compounding considered a significant advantage.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize operational performance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization and influence stakeholders.
A natural leader with a commanding presence, capable of inspiring confidence, building trust, and motivating teams to achieve exceptional results.
Location Flexibility - Willingness to work in Keramat Pulai and Tasek, Perak.
