Key Responsibilities Creative Copywriting and Content Development

Write engaging, persuasive copy for social media, websites, email campaigns, advertisements, and PR materials.
Translate and adapt copy seamlessly between English and Chinese, ensuring cultural relevance and luxury tone.
Develop compelling taglines, campaign slogans, and narratives for new product and treatment launches.

Marketing Collaterals and Brand Materials

Create and structure content for brochures, treatment menus, event invitations, press kits, and marketing campaigns.
Produce internal documents and training materials (e.g., product manuals, SOPs, staff communication) that reflect Frances’ brand voice.
Ensure all materials are aligned with Frances’ evolving brand identity — tone, style, and visual guidelines.

Content Strategy and Agency Liaison

Collaborate with social media agency on content curation, scheduling, and strategy execution.
Provide clear creative direction and review content to ensure consistency with campaign goals.
Curate user-generated content, testimonials, and influencer collaborations for brand storytelling.

Brand Voice and Creative Guardrails

Act as brand tone guardian — maintaining consistency across marketing channels and internal communications.
Work closely with designers to ensure copy and visuals complement each other seamlessly.
Support PR events, bridal shows, and pop-ups with brand-consistent messaging and collateral.

Digital Optimization and Performance Insights

Write SEO-optimized website copy and meta descriptions to improve search rankings.
Assist in crafting conversion-focused copy (CTAs, subject lines) for email and ad campaigns.
Analyze engagement data with the agency to refine copy direction and content strategy.
