Join Our Global Recruitment Team as an Asia Market Talent Acquisition Freelancer

Are you an experienced recruiter with a strong network and deep understanding of the Asian market? We are expanding our global recruitment operations and are looking for freelance recruiters specialized in hiring across Asia to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multilingual and BPO roles.

This is an opportunity to work independently, earn competitive fees, and grow within an international recruitment network.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to identify ongoing recruitment needs across Asian markets
Publish and promote job opportunities on relevant regional platforms
Source and attract candidates through social media, job boards, and professional networks
Screen and assess candidates based on role requirements
Conduct initial interviews and shortlist qualified profiles
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines within the Asian market
Manage candidates throughout the full recruitment cycle until placement

Requirements:

Proven experience recruiting within Asian markets (mandatory)
Background in hiring for BPO roles (customer service, sales, marketing, etc.)
Experience in sourcing, cold outreach, or sales-driven environments
Strong knowledge of local job boards, sourcing channels, and candidate behavior in Asia
Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously
Availability of at least 30 hours per week
Fluency in English + additional Asian languages is a strong advantage
