Floor Supervisor B-Plastic and kitchenware (Male). The Floor Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring employee activity, coordinating the shipping and receiving of merchandise, solving problems at a day-to-day level and assisting customers.

In this role, you will:

To be responsible for operating the management of goods under one department following Procedures of the Company.
To ensure FIFO sequence when stacking up the Goods.
To monitor and feedback timely on the sales trend and customer purchase trend to purchasing team.
To ensure pricing and display of merchandise items are correct and up to company's standard.
To ensure cleanliness of department area & store.
Promotes professionalism of staff in retail operation department.
To guide and ensure the system for overall department activities in good order.
To assists in providing on-the-job training for new and existing staff when required
Deputies to manage store in the absence of Outlet Manager/Assistant Outlet Manager

High school diploma or equivalent
Age between 22-35
Fully vaccinated
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer knowledge and skills
