Description
To perform general administrative and accounting matters.
To handle full set of accounts, monthly closing of accounts and preparation of various
analysis and management reports.
Prepare payment voucher, petty cash voucher, journal, payslip, salary calculation,
accounts receivable and of accounts payables and bank reconciliation.
Prepare and maintain cash book, bank reconciliation, account receivables, aging,
account payable schedules as well as up-to-date computerised system.
Liaise with the auditor, banker and secretarial.
Able to handle the accounting software
Manage and control of all banking related transactions and accounting processes.
Prepare monthly financial management report, monitor, summarize and analyse the
financial performance of the Project (includes P&L, variance analysis against budget
and forecast, balance sheet and cash flow); initiate corrective actions and minimize
the impact of variances.
Assist in feasibility studies, and prepare cash flow for financing purpose.
Proactively establish business processes and policies for the operational efficiency
and controlling, where necessary.
Liaise with internal & external auditor, tax agent, solicitors, bankers, company
secretary and others professional to ensure compliance with all matters relating to
audit, tax, and statutory requirements.
Any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.

Able to travel and/or be based on site whenever required.
