Job Duties

Under general supervision, organizes and coordinates the activities involved in maintaining and repairing down-hole, and surface equipment.
Insure that the Product Service Lines (PSL's) service line equipment is maintained according to Global Maintenance Standards.
Advises employee of proper operation and maintenance of equipment, trains new maintenance technicians, and further develops skill of current workers.
Monitors down-hole equipment operation and ensures that maintenance and safety procedures are followed.
Orders and maintains an adequate inventory of parts and supplies to ensure timely maintenance.
Promote safety, quality improvement process awareness, and teamwork.
Skills are typically acquired through a high school diploma or similar education and 5-7 years experience.
Experience in SAP order to cash is preferred.
Specialized training in equipment maintenance through knowledge of field services and/or shop repair functions is required.
Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness, and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations.
Ensures compliance with HSE regulations and guidelines.
Promotes and takes an active part in the Quality Improvement Process.
