Responsibilities

Support existing telephony and infrastructure systems.
Perform deployments and maintain day-to-day operations (BAU activities).
Manage and complete short-term projects, likely involving system upgrades or optimizations.
Monitor system performance, reliability, and security; proactively address issues.
Optimize system configurations for maximum efficiency and uptime.
Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans to ensure data integrity and availability.

Must Have

Proficient in Windows & Linux
Independent Worker Thrives without micro-management!
Willing to Travel ️ Comfortable visiting client sites within the Klang Valley area and outstation (Averagely 2/3 days per month)!
