Responsibilities and Duties:

Perform repairs on machinery, plumbing, lighting, electrical, Air Conditioner, Welding and other related works in medium scale manufacturing operation.
Troubleshoot, repair and install related repairs as and when necessary
Perform basic tasks such as painting, tile replacement and filling crevices, clean facilities and managing maintenance repairs.
To perform preventive maintenance, regularly check / conduct performance assessments of company appliances outlets equipment or breakdowns
Detect and prepare report for maintenance repairs
To monitor and supervise all installation and servicing work by appointed service provider / contractor
Prepare weekly / monthly maintenance report and update to the Head of Department
To respond to any changes in the job function as dictated by the Company and to perform all other duties requested by the Management, and / or his/ her direct Superior
Liaise with contractors and supervise maintenance / renovation works and when required
To attend to all general repairs and restoration works as assigned by Superior / Head of Department
Undertakes repair works and completes them within the given time frame

Qualifications:

Candidate must process at least Diploma or Certificate or equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 1 year of related working experience in the related field.
Background M&E & FM knowledge (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)
Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia & English & Mandarin will be add advantaged
