Job Description:

Assist the Operations Assistant Manager/Manager and oversee a team of Telesales Executives.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality sales and services.
Support business activities aimed at improving quality and contributing to business growth.
Enable team members to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) in productivity, such as call targets and sales revenue targets.
Motivate, coach, and inspire team members to reach sales targets.
Handle and resolve escalated inquiries from team members when necessary.
Ensure that all team members understand company policies, management procedures, and the use of systems and telephone.
Monitor team member attendance.
Review goals for each team member and the entire team on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date team and daily tracking reports.
Assign leads to team members effectively and fairly.
Ensure that team members are well-versed in product knowledge and program specifications.
Enforce adherence to call center discipline and guidelines.

Job Requirements:

Minimum qualifications: SPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in any field.
Experience in leading or managing a team.
Proficiency in supervising, training, coaching, and motivating a team.
Strong critical and analytical thinking skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
Essential skills: coaching, leadership, mentoring, and people management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and B.M.
Energetic, positive-minded, and a team player.
Malaysian citizenship or relevant residence status required.
