E-Commerce Executive
Primary Responsibilities
- Support the execution of day-to-day e-commerce operations across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and brand.com platforms to achieve sales and performance targets.
- Assist in campaign setup and execution, including voucher creation, product submissions, pricing updates, promotional mechanics, and campaign scheduling.
- Manage storefront upkeep, including product listings, content updates, banner uploads, assortment management, and basic visual merchandising.
- Monitor campaign and sales performance on a daily basis, ensuring accurate tracking of KPIs such as traffic, conversion, GMV, ROAS, and sell-through.
- Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports, trackers, and dashboards for performance monitoring and business reviews.
- Support paid media and traffic initiatives by coordinating campaign assets, budgets, and platform requirements with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct basic performance analysis and competitor monitoring to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with marketplace representatives, internal teams, and external partners to ensure timely execution of campaigns and operational activities.
- Ensure pricing, stock availability, and product information accuracy across all platforms.
- Support mega campaign preparations and execution during key commercial periods such as Double Digit Campaigns and platform-led sales events.
- Assist in resolving operational issues related to orders, fulfillment, returns, content, and campaign execution.
- Stay updated on marketplace trends, platform features, and e-commerce best practices to support continuous business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or other e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
