Summary A Senior Ecommerce Executive / Executive typically manages and executes e-commerce strategies, drives online sales, and optimizes the customer experience across various platforms. This role often involves key account management, campaign development, sales analysis, and team leadership.__ Key Responsibilities: -_E-commerce Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to achieve sales targets and improve online presence._
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns across different e-commerce platforms._
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth._
- Develop quarterly sales forecasts and budgets._
- Manage and optimize online stores, including product listings, website content, and user experience._
- Oversee the creation of product images and compelling product descriptions._
- Ensure smooth website functionality and a seamless customer journey._
- Drive online sales through effective marketing campaigns and promotions._
- Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with e-commerce partners._
- Collaborate with marketing teams to improve brand visibility and customer engagement._
- Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce professionals._
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service._
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of e-commerce initiatives._
- Prepare reports on sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and other relevant metrics._
- Oversee inventory levels and ensure product availability._
- Coordinate with suppliers for restocking and logistics._
- Ensure smooth order fulfillment and efficient customer service operations._
- Degree in eCommerce/Marketing/related fields
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, and company websites.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing e-commerce strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Knowledge of inventory management and logistics.
- Leadership and team management experience._
