- Handle segment of Automotive Direct -Workshop, KA, OEM
- To support the achievement of Total sales volume and Total Gross Margin for Automotive Direct.
- Key role in planning, activating and tracking on marketing/brand & Trade campaigns, channel plans, events, digital campaigns and etc to support business growth.
- Handle workshop management on business plan, incentives & reporting
- Managing agencies and suppliers on all Marketing related activities to support Automotive Direct Segment activities.
- Gather market intelligence, Competitor Activities & Market Insights and propose new ways to capitalize on any new opportunities.
- Responsible for compliance of brand guidelines & consistent branding look and feel across all communications materials.
- Custodian of Equipment on Loan (EOL) performance reporting / monitoring, Workshop segment efficiency reporting
- Track and monitor all marketing related spending as per allocated budget with ROI analysis for all campaign/promotion/incentives program.
- Strategize and grow branded workshops of PCMO (Quartz Auto Service)
- Strictly ensure adherence and implementation of HSEQ policies, guidelines and requirements for self, team members and others including customers, vendors and contractors.
- Adhere & Compliance to all company policies and procedures, code of conduct and competition law
