IT SUPPORT CUM CYBERSECURITY EXECUTIVE

- Provide first and second-level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and servers.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Monitor and maintain network, firewall, antivirus, and backup systems.
- Respond to cybersecurity incidents and investigate suspicious activities.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement security improvements.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.
- Perform system patching and software updates.
- Install, configure, maintain and support POS and ERP systems to ensure smooth business operations.
- Implement and maintain IT security systems to protect the organization's infrastructure and data.
; JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Windows 10/11 administration.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, and firewall configuration.
- Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Familiarity with endpoint protection, antivirus, and EDR solutions.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles, including malware, phishing, ransomware, and vulnerability management.
- Experience with firewall administration (eg : Sophos, Fortinet, Cisco or similar).
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and network issues.
- Knowledge of email security (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
- Familiarity with SIEM, log monitoring, and security event analysis is an advantage.
- Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Batch, or Python) is an advantage.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Posses Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
