Senior Site Quantity Surveyor (M&E)

PC Installation & Contracting Sdn Bhd is looking for a Site Quantity Surveyor to join our project team in Sepang. Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit progress claims, variation orders, and EOT applications with accurate and timely supporting documentation.
- Attend site valuations, measurements, and meetings; liaise with the Contract Manager and Project Manager on variation and contractual matters.
- Assist in contract awards, subcontractor evaluations, and sourcing competitive quotations from suppliers.
- Provide pre- and post-contract support, including cost monitoring, scope change management, and final account preparation.
- Work with the Project Manager to prepare regular physical progress and cost-related reports.
- Track retention sums and ensure timely release upon project completion; support post-contract activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience (experience in a similar role is an added advantage).
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively under tight deadlines.
