As our company continues to grow, we are currently seeking experienced and skilled interpreters to join our team.

Position Summary:

As an Interpreter, you will be responsible for providing accurate interpretation services between two or more parties who do not speak the same language. You will act as a bridge between individuals or groups, facilitating communication and ensuring that the message is accurately conveyed. This is a full-time, on-site position that requires fluency in English and ( Mandarin, Cantonese or Korean ) , excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of cultural differences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide interpretation services in a variety of settings, such as medical appointments, and more.

- Listen carefully to speakers and accurately interpret their words into the target language, while maintaining the tone and context of the original message.

- Utilize specialized vocabulary and terminology when interpreting for technical or specialized subjects.

- Act as a cultural mediator, explaining cultural differences and ensuring that all parties understand each other's perspectives.

- Maintain confidentiality and impartiality at all times.

- Keep up-to-date with industry terminology and trends through self-study and training.

- Collaborate with other interpreters and team members to ensure the highest quality of service is provided to clients.

- Adhere to company standards and protocols, including punctuality, professionalism, and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

- Fluency in at least two languages, including English and (mandarin-Cantonese or Korean ) 

- Proven experience as an interpreter, preferably in a professional setting is a plus. Inexperienced and freshers are welcome to apply

- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong knowledge of cultural differences and the ability to adapt to different communication styles.

- Proficiency in using interpretation equipment and technology.

- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Flexibility to work US hours ( working hours 9 AM to 6 PM EST MONDAY to Friday or can start 8 AM to 5 PM EST ) 

- Certification from a recognized interpretation program is a plus.
