Assistant Manager, IT Business Analyst

Universal Robina Munchy's is looking for a Assistant Manager, IT Business Analyst.

To manage the business data center and analytics functions, providing the business with accurate data insights and user-friendly dashboards to support informed decision-making and drive operational improvements. This person plays a pivotal role in bridging the IT capabilities with business objectives in enabling data-driven strategies that support the company's growth and success.

What are their Job Responsibilities:

  • Data Center Operations: Manage and oversee business data center operations, ensuring high availability and performance of IT systems and data infrastructure.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with business units to understand their data needs and translate them into effective analytics solutions.
  • BI Solutions: Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze complex business data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for operational improvements.
  • Data Quality & Governance: Lead initiatives to improve data quality, governance, and compliance with relevant policies and standards.
  • Liaison Role: Act as a liaison between IT and business teams to ensure data-driven decision-making aligns with company objectives.
  • Emerging Technologies: Stay updated with emerging data technologies and best practices to recommend and implement improvements.

What are the Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science , or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data management, business intelligence, or analytics roles.
  • Strong proficiency with Power BI and data visualization tools .
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and database management .
  • Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance standards.
