As part of its continued expansion and operational growth strategy, the company is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead production operations, drive operational excellence, and support key manufacturing initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

About the Role

The Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing operations, production planning, inventory management, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure operational efficiency, quality, and delivery performance. This role will work closely with regional and global stakeholders to support capacity expansion, process optimization, and business growth objectives while leading a high-performing manufacturing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead production planning and execution activities to meet customer delivery requirements and operational KPIs.
• Ensure effective coordination between production, materials, supply chain, engineering, and quality functions to support manufacturing continuity.
• Monitor production capacity, manpower allocation, and equipment utilization to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Drive operational excellence initiatives focused on productivity improvement, cost optimization, quality enhancement, and waste reduction.
• Establish, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing processes, operating procedures, and management systems.
• Analyze manufacturing performance metrics and implement corrective actions to improve overall plant performance.
• Support manufacturing expansion initiatives, including process implementation, equipment commissioning, and operational readiness activities.
• Lead cross-functional projects focused on process improvement, production scalability, and operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with local and international stakeholders to achieve operational objectives and business milestones.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 5 - 8 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or factory management.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, manufacturing operations, inventory control, and warehouse management.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with regional stakeholders and headquarters.

Preferred:

• Experience in plant start-up, or manufacturing expansion projects.
• Exposure to multinational manufacturing environments.
