Additionally, you have:

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field

10–15 years of EMS experience in test engineering

Hands‑on experience with ICT, FCT, and system-level testing

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics

Ability to read PCB schematics and layouts

Experience with Teradyne, Keysight, SPEA or similar systems

Familiarity with SMT, PCB assembly, and box build processes

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities

Develop and validate ICT, Functional Test (FCT), and system-level test solutions

Design and debug test programs, fixtures, and interfaces

Ensure Design for Testability (DFT) requirements are met

Support production with troubleshooting, yield improvement, and failure analysis

Monitor First Pass Yield (FPY) and implement improvements

Manage and maintain test equipment (ICT, functional testers)

Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions

Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and test readiness

Maintain test documentation and ensure compliance

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers
