Job Requirement:
- Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Technology
- Preferably Internship specializing in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Good communication skills in English, Malay language for both spoken and written
- 1 Internship positions available
Job Description:
- Perform computer reformatting to factor reinstallation.
- Provide basic troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Take calls, raise incident and follow-up of cases in the Helpdesk Ticketing System
- To compile all IT asset for write-off
- Assist in the deployment of IT asset for staff
- Assisting with IT procurement paperwork involves handling various documents and processes that ensure the smooth acquisition of hardware, software, and professional IT services
- Assist with relabelling and renaming all IT physical and digital documentation to ensure compliance with the company’s standard document labelling format
- Assist to design, create and update the IT and Cybersecurity SharePoint site
- Perform IT inventory check and stock control
- Assist in taking minutes or notes of IT internal meeting and discussion
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by IT Team Leads and Head of IT Department
