- Review and analyse clients’ business requirements in collaboration with relevant internal departments.
- Prepare quotations based on analysed business requirements and agreed scope.
- Develop and prepare commercial proposals for tenders and RFQs (Requests for Quotation).
- Generate invoices according to agreed schedules and client engagements.
- Monitor and follow up on clients’ Purchase Orders (POs), payments, and collections.
- Prepare, review, and manage standard service agreements and related commercial documentation.
- Coordinate commercial activities and communication between clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within internal systems.
- Support the continuous improvement of commercial processes, controls, and documentation.
- Assist in developing and executing efficient commercial administration and documentation practices.
- Follow up on potential clients and new business opportunities as required.
; JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in business administration, sales support, commercial operations, or a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and proactive, able to perform with minimal supervision and adapt confidently in dynamic or uncertain situations.
