Executive (Commercial)

• Review and analyse clients’ business requirements in collaboration with relevant internal departments.
• Prepare quotations based on analysed business requirements and agreed scope.
• Develop and prepare commercial proposals for tenders and RFQs (Requests for Quotation).
• Generate invoices according to agreed schedules and client engagements.
• Monitor and follow up on clients’ Purchase Orders (POs), payments, and collections.
• Prepare, review, and manage standard service agreements and related commercial documentation.
• Coordinate commercial activities and communication between clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within internal systems.
• Support the continuous improvement of commercial processes, controls, and documentation.
• Assist in developing and executing efficient commercial administration and documentation practices.
• Follow up on potential clients and new business opportunities as required.

; JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Communications, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in business administration, sales support, commercial operations, or a similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated and proactive, able to perform with minimal supervision and adapt confidently in dynamic or uncertain situations.
