Teleperformance in Malaysia is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will manage customer inquiries and provide professional support via phone, email, or chat channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset while efficiently handling daily interactions.
Qualifications include being a Native Vietnamese speaker, holding a minimum Bachelor Degree or Diploma, and having a solid command of English at B2 level. A willingness to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays is required.
