Operations Associate Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Operations Associate to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all check ins, check outs and cleanings are handled smoothly without unnecessary delay or discomfort to any guest taking into account cost;
- Set up partnerships with providers and suppliers of cleaning and maintenance;
- Maintain up-to date information on arrivals, departures and apartment conditions;
- Assist the Operations manager with day to day operations and quality control;
- Routinely following up with the maintenance team on any repairs needed during the time between check-outs and check -ins;
- Communicate offline and online with guests;
- Help to train staff and have the opportunity to manage freelance staff;
- Onboard properties and keep the back end information up-to-date.
Requirements:
- Full-time availability;
- Candidate must posses a Bachelor’s/College Degree;
- Fluent in writing and speaking in English and Arabic;
- High organizational skills;
- Fluency in written and oral english;
- Strong analytical skills, identify gaps/opportunities;
- Must have a degree in Communications, or any other related course;
- Self-starter and independent;
- Interested in pop culture and social media trends;
- Strong attention to detail: must be able to spot typographical, grammatical, and punctuation errors quickly;
- Entrepreneurial, flexible, self-driven, self-motivated, proactive – a hustler;
- Honest and trustworthy;
- Works well alone and with a team;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Analytical and detail-oriented.
