Customer Operations Associate Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Customer Operations Associate to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to Customer Operations team with ad hoc data analysis to review campaign or promo performance;
- Facilitate the development and execution of daily promotions, monitor their progress, identify, and communicate with the team any red flags;
- Support major campaigns and events when needed.
Requirements:
- Self-starter, proactive, roll-up-your-sleeve attitude;
- Familiarity with marketing tools (used for email marketing, sms blasts);
- Knowledgeable / passionate about food and on-demand services;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, and other related courses;
- Familiarity with Google applications (Google sheets, slides, etc.);
- Can analyse / eager to learn about analysing big data;
- At least 1 year work experience for a similar role is required;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills – English and Filipino;
- Detail-oriented and highly organised.
