Head of Sales Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Head of Sales to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Must be assertive, confident and team player;
- Review and evaluate branch sales performance and formulate action plans in specific issues;
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent;
- Coordinate with other department regarding product collections, allocations and price point;
- Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Sales – Retail/General or equivalent;
- Plan and analyze store participation on mall event;
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
- Conduct store visit to maintain awareness on current trends and competitor’s performance;
- Has strong analytical and planning skills;
- Manage, support and develop sales team in order to maximize sales revenue;
- With strong leadership skills;
- Study and recommend possible stores or brand opening;
- Excellent problem solving skills;
- Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration;
- Prepare monthly sales quota and disseminate to sales team.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English;

- knowledgeable in accounting entries or any related in accounting;

- Fluency in English. Familiarity with a Southeast Asian language will be an added advantage;
