Assistant Credit Controller Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Assistant Credit Controller to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily collection report, month end report and monthly submission report for management review;
- Ensure timely billing & collection to achieve departmental target;
- Setting up the terms and conditions of a loan;
- Dealing with internal queries about payments;
- Negotiating re-payment plans;
- Checking customer’s credit ratings with banks;
- To maintain customer database inclusive of creation of new customer account and changes of existing accounts;
- Ensure timely reminder & notice are sent to owner and done closely follow up;
- Ensuring customers pay on time.
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma holder in Accounting / Finance/ Banking;
- Possess own transport;
- Able to work under tight dateline;
- Familiar with Microsoft Office – Intermediate level at least.
