Our company is looking for a Assistant Credit Controller to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare daily collection report, month end report and monthly submission report for management review;
  • Ensure timely billing & collection to achieve departmental target;
  • Setting up the terms and conditions of a loan;
  • Dealing with internal queries about payments;
  • Negotiating re-payment plans;
  • Checking customer’s credit ratings with banks;
  • To maintain customer database inclusive of creation of new customer account and changes of existing accounts;
  • Ensure timely reminder & notice are sent to owner and done closely follow up;
  • Ensuring customers pay on time.

Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma holder in Accounting / Finance/ Banking;
  • Possess own transport;
  • Able to work under tight dateline;
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office – Intermediate level at least.
