Cloud Sales Support Analyst Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Cloud Sales Support Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Review orders received from Contract Admin;
- Coordination with UC Billing and Accounts Receivables Team re pricing inquiries;
- Process orders in accordance with the signed SOFs/UCSupport signed rental quotes;
- Coordination with Collab Solutions Engineers with regards to JIRA ticket requests;
- Check Rate Plans and form of currency;
- Manage activity with JIRA ticket-tracking system;
- Monitor UC JIRA tickets assigned to Sales Admin queue;
- Create service orders identifying hardware and licenses requested;
- Process Hardware orders for submission to Logistics Team;
- Enter data order in Reflexion and start provisioning tasks;
- Build Customer Accounts;
- Submit orders to UC Service Delivery Team for UCPM/UCPC assignment.
Requirements:
- Amenable to work in a night shift schedule;
- Familiarity with the telecom industry, its products and practices are preferred;
- Project management;
- Experience with data processing and spreadsheet software, preferably Microsoft Excel.
