Our company is looking for a DevOps Support Staff to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Brainstorm for new ideas and ways to improve development deliver;
  • Provide Level 2 technical support;
  • Maintain day-to-day management and administration of projects;
  • Handle code deployments in all environments;
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues;
  • Document and design various processes; update existing processes;
  • Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience;
  • Perform root cause analysis for production err;
  • Build and test automation tools;
  • Design and implement build, deployment, and configuration management;
  • Follow all best practices and procedures as established by the company;
  • Monitor metrics and develop ways to improve;
  • Consult with peers for feedback during testing stages;
  • Provide technical guidance and educate team members and co-workers on development and operations;
  • Build, maintain, and monitor configuration standards.

Requirements:

  • Willing to work in a 24×7 shifting schedule operations;
  • Hands-on experience with software development, infrastructure development, or development and operations;
  • Up-to-date on the latest industry trends; able to articulate trends and potential clearly and confidently;
  • Plus if with a minimum 2 years’ previous work experience in development and operations, or related IT, computer, or operations field;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field;
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently;
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
