Plan, develop, or conduct surveys. May analyze and interpret the meaning of survey data, determine survey objectives, or suggest or test question wording. Includes social scientists who primarily design questionnaires or supervise survey teams.

Our company is looking for a Data Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs;
  • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems;
  • Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality;
  • Delivering results and Meeting customer expectations;
  • LexisNexis/Accurint a plus but not required;
  • Project based analysis on both internally and externally collected raw data;
  • Contacting vendors;
  • Updates analytical reports of low complexity to allow fact-based, predictive and ‘what-if’ decision-making;
  • Able to work by themselves and in a team;
  • Good aptitude in multi-threading and concurrency concepts. (Advantageous);
  • Tertiary qualifications with majors in at least one of the following: Computer Science, Information Systems or similar;
  • data entry;
  • Performs data analysis under supervision of more senior colleagues to support business improvement and business strategy projects;
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, applied to Big Data domain;
  • Understand each local business’ placement practices and documentation protocol in order to capture relevant placement data for analyses.

Requirements:

  • Work with system partners to set priorities and execution sequence for enhancements and support;
  • Graduate of Statistics, Civil Engineering, Mathematics or any related course;
  • Ability to continuously learn new technologies and courses;
  • Python;
  • Willing to be assigned in Taguig;
  • Fresh graduate of any Management-related business course, preferably with good academic standing;
  • Understanding of addressing and metadata standards High-level written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ambitious and very eager to be part of the management, doing business planning and leading;
  • Business Analysis;
  • Knowledgeable in programming languages, such as SQL (required), R or Python (not required but good to have);
  • Driven by personal/professional growth.
