About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key role in developing, implementing, and optimizing automated marketing campaigns that propel our events towards success.

Key Responsibilities:

Navigate the exciting world of events marketing automation, utilizing Marketo, Cvent, and Adobe Experience to design, launch, and optimize end-to-end campaigns.
Partner with internal teams to understand event goals and translate them into targeted strategies that maximize attendee engagement.
Craft personalized email, web and digital experiences using Marketo or similar technology platforms, leveraging dynamic content and segmentation techniques.
Be a data whiz! Analyze campaign performance, generate insightful reports, and recommend data-driven strategies for continuous improvement.
Foster a collaborative environment - Support and train team members on maximizing marketing automation tools.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Marketo certification a plus!).
3-5 years of experience crafting and managing successful marketing campaigns, with a proven track record in B2B email marketing (2+ years).
Proficiency in Marketing Automation solutions is essential, including the ability to design and develop drip and nurture campaigns.
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and email creation/editing is a must.
Deep understanding of lead management and data-driven marketing strategies.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for staying current in the ever-evolving marketing automation landscape.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to thrive in a cross-functional environment.
Understanding and compliance with APAC data privacy regulations (DNCR, DNMR, etc.) is a must!
