Job Description:

Record and carry out preventive measurements for all machineries at plant.
Receive work orders and perform repair work. Keep records for affected time loss calculation.
Order spare parts for machineries at production lines, office, rebar yard, and batching plant.
Repair and carry out services according to daily, weekly, quarterly, and yearly schedules.
Manage maintenance team for all kinds of preventive, repair, and maintenance works.
Special attention on gensets with daily inspection and maintenance to avoid any breakdown.
Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate downtime records for future analysis to incorporate into preventive maintenance & schedule maintenance aimed at reducing repetitive cases.
Ensure all critical spare parts are available to minimize downtime of critical machineries like batching plant, cranes, stirrup machine, and genset that affect daily production.
Maintain equipment downtime below 1%.
Establish Preventive Maintenance master plan for all equipment; daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly.
Establish equipment health, critical spare parts, and maintain inventory in accordance with the need to maintain downtime below 1%.
Implement best practices and ensure workshop housekeeping.

Job Requirements:

License: A1 for Chargemen
At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a related field

Salary Range:

From RM3500 to RM4500 (depends on working experience)
