Providing technical / professional support to our customers (doctors/ nurses) is key to this role.
The support takes on many forms and shapes, ranging from technical support for our medical and surgical equipment / instruments to clinical application support across a wide range of procedures.
It also includes on-site training on application and usage of our equipment for medical professionals in hospitals
You will report to the Technical Service Manager.

Key responsibilities:

Work hand in hand with the sales team to meet the technical support commitment
Attend to technical service calls from hospitals
To perform technical evaluation of equipment / devices and prepare the report for customers
To follow up with customers on matters related to service/ repairs.
Attend to calls for technical support requirement on application of our equipment, devices and instruments
To conduct product/technical training to the customers
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Superior from time to time.

Requirements:

Upon adequate training, to work independently as a motivated and enthusiastic team player
Responsible, well organized and outgoing personality
Be flexible to work on certain weekends or odd hours
Effective communication skill to clearly articulate clinical & product information
Required language : English and Bahasa Malaysia
Possess own transport and willing to travel
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
