Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)

Design and develop in-house development programs and coordinate external programs.
Obtain the assessment evaluation after each in-house programs to ensure quality in delivery and effectiveness in talent development activities.
Manage HRDC claim of all applicable development programs and ensure claim timely.
Provide statistical analysis of training data for data-driven decision making and process improvement.

Workers Recruitment & Checkroll Compliance:

Adopting effective and innovative methods of worker recruitment in order to deliver the workforce target.
Assisting in headcounts analysis accordance to operational need.
To ensure accuracy of checkroll government statutory contribution and meeting the payment deadline.
Perform accurate review checkroll work by verifying wages calculation
Well versed and updated in Sabah Labour Ordinance and legislation including statutory requirement and employment contract.

Employee Engagement:

Coordinate and facilitate employee engagement initiatives and activities
Reach out potential passive candidates in marketing programmes, career talks and job fairs.
Any other HR projects and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related fields from recognized Universities with minimum CGPA of 3.0.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR spectrum and/or other proven HR initiative achievement.
Knowledge in Workers’ Checkroll would be an advantage.
Meticulous, able to meet tight deadlines and highly organized.
Must be highly committed, self-motivated, pro-active and result oriented.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external parties.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to travel.
