Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills to interact effectively with all levels of staff within the organization;
- Proficient in using MS Excel at advanced level;
- Good command of spoken and written English is compulsory for this position;
- Possess good business acumen of the property development industry;
- Results oriented and resourceful;
- Degree in Accounting/ Finance and/ or Professional qualification from recognized accountancy body and a member of MIA;
- Analytical and critical thinking skills;
- Sound technical knowledge on Financial Reporting Standards and in the preparation of Annual Group Consolidation of Accounts;
- Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years’ Audit working experience.
