Our company is looking for a Requirements Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Gathering of functional and non-functional specifications, including documentation;
- Defining change requests from the client and ccordinating with development team on assessing the impact;
- Creating basic presentations including process flows, user experience, functionalities etc;
- Reviewing of product deliverables prior to installation and deployment;
- Coordinating with Quality Assurance team to help them understand requirements in creating test plans and scripts;
- Coordinating with Head of Technolog Development to translate business requirements into technical specifications;
- Assisting the sales team in pre-sales activities (examples: product demos, client meetings).
Requirements:
- Collaboration skills – requirements analysts are part of a team and must work seamlessly with clients, managers, tech staff, and other colleagues;
- Research skills;
- Technical writing and documentation skills;
- BS Information Technology, Computer Science or Computer Engineering;
- Basic knowledge of software development.
