Client Development Manager Job Description Template

Responsibilities:
- Manage, maintain and improve assigned existing accounts;
- Identify and present opportunities for delegated accounts;
- Manage clients’ records with feedback from specialists and the sales team;
- Develop business proposals and presentations, including associated materials;
- Manage and direct inbound messages to the organization as well as the company marketing infrastructure;
- Create and update watch-and-follow lists for sales spreadsheets;
- Develop and coordinate email marketing initiatives with other departments;
- Track competitors, trends, challenges, and opportunities for sales;
- Cultivate and develop relationships with existing and prospective clients;
- Develop and delegate prospective accounts to attain established revenue goals;
- Negotiate and facilitate sales and outreach activities.
Requirements:
- Experience in FMCG company;
- Bachelor of Management;
- Great communication skills are required to communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
