HR Data Management Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a HR Data Management Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the master data focal point to enhance HR process automation;
- Initiate comprehensive data audit to ensure accuracy and compliance with regional HR processes;
- Drive productivity and accuracy across all processes;
- Conduct quality checks, engagement sessions and document preparation in ensuring accurate submission of employee data;
- Lead the full cycle development, integration and testing of HR master database for 10 countries globally;
- Generate regional HR reports and charts in providing insights to the management team;
- Ensure swift resolution of master data issues while implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Strong people manager and has experiences in leading a team;
- 7 years relevant experience in HR data management preferably in shared service;
- Excellent experiences in HR ERP Systems.
