Conduct regular business reviews with customers to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

3. Market and Competitor Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify target markets, customer segments, and competitors.

4. Sales Reporting and Forecasting:

; JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting or a related fields.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is a plus
Minimum of one year of proven sales experience, preferably within the software sector.
In-depth knowledge and practical experience with POS and accounting software.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas and contributing to revenue growth.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at clearly explaining complex technical details to customers.
Proficient negotiation and deal-closing abilities, with a strong capacity to build trust and rapport.
Customer-oriented approach with outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to forge strong relationships.
Skilled in using MS Office Suite.
Experience with Quickbooks, Xero and other accounting software is a plus.
